Only those Members (Which will include their wives, sons
under 18 years and unmarried daughters) of the affiliated club with whom Emerald
Garden Club Ltd has reciprocal arrangements, are entitled to the benefits of using
of Emerald Garden Club Ltd, Jaipur subject to the following conditions:

IDENTITY CARD

A valid membership card of the affiliated club must be
produced to the reception at the time of entry.
|
|
|
|
|
|
PROOFS OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE
|
|
|
Members residing permanently in Jaipur are strictly not
entitled or eligible to avail of reciprocal facilities of Emerald Garden Club Ltd.In
order to satisfy this condition, club members may have to produce proof of their
residence, on demand by staff on Duty at Emerald Garden Club Ltd.

|
SUBSCRIPTION
|
|
|
No subscription is payable by affiliated club members.
|
|
|
|
|
|
DURATION OF USE OF FACILITIES BY RECIPROCAL CLUB MEMBERS
|
|
|
Eligible affiliated Members can utilise Emerald Garden
Club Ltd. Facilities for a period not exceeding 30 days in calendar year, with a
maximum of ten days at a time.
|
|
|
|
|
|
PAYMENTS
|
|
|
All payments for guest fees, food supplies, games and
other charges, whatever, as per the prevailing rules and rates are payable by members
in cash or by credit card.
|
|
|
|
|
|
GUESTS
|
|
|
Affiliated members are allowed to introduce guest as
per prescribed guest fee.
|
|
|
|
|
|
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF RULES
|
|
|
Affiliated members must strictly follow Emerald Garden
Club Ltd. Rules Any violation Any misuse will render such members liable to fine,
temporary suspension or permanent debarment at the discretion of Emerald Garden
Club Ltd. Management.
